This week’s Pass the Torch Question: Who’s situation would you rather be in: Clark struggling with being super and trying to decide to save everyone or Oliver struggling with being the hero and being mortal.

Episode summary: Lex is trapped ‘out of frequency’ by an escaped patient of Level 33.1 who wants Lex to come clean about that secret lab.  Clark declines to help find Lex and instead  goes to Seattle to hunt down one of the Phantom Zone escapees.
